Round Series

Round Series

Round (one) is a multinational and polynuclear platform for architectural discussion. Round (two) uses the interview as a means to produce architectural knowledge and promote polemics confrontation. Round (three) advocates for position taking and argumentation in a moment of disciplinary relativism and lack of engagement.

The interview —round— is an architectural act on itself. It is a medium that brings together architectural gravitations around three global cities —Madrid, New York and Paris—  The discussion of ideas tries to unveil new experimentation fields by looking at the resulting interactions between three independent and coetaneous conditions.

Each (round) issue is a set of simultaneous interviews in three different cities organized around a common thematic proposition. Each (round) proposition conforms a veritable curatorial statement which anchors the discussion and traces an identifiable line of thought on contemporary practice. Each (round) is a new installment of an ongoing series of four-monthly published delocalized encounters.
